This experience taught me a plethora of information about each of the religions. Still, the most valuable lessons that I learned were not didactic lessons. While searching for information, I did not only find what I wanted to find. The internet holds too much hate. I discovered the horrific implications of misunderstanding in contemporary society.
As a DC metro community, we all have the obligation to be compassionate towards each other. Religious teens must put this idea into practice by working together for the community in order to realize our common humanity.
