Participating in the program has given me the chance to look at other religions and see how they differ from Christianity. The program has also given me the chance to work with To Write Love on Her Arms. This has impacted my life and has made me want to do more for the organization and to help others by showing them the group.

My compassion reflection:  Whether feeding a crowd, or protecting his people from God’s wrath or performing Zakat, these great men stand as examples of compassion’s definition, “A feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering ," (Dictionary.com).
