Essay Abstract ("The Hope for a Better World"): “The world is green and beautiful, and [God] has appointed you his guardian over it,” taught the prophet Muhammad. We, as human beings, are responsible over this world and will be accountable for all our actions which we take on the environment and the society around us. Nature is a gift which has been given to us by God and he has entrusted us to its safe-keeping and betterment so that we may bring justice and peace into our lives. Humanity, as a whole, should perceive the world as a sign from God, and that to admire and revere nature is to acclaim that all creatures have a distinct and notable place in creation. Nature and creation represents the unity and greatness of God. Thus, one should keep the earth in balance and maintain its integrity so as to win his mercy and pleasure.

In north America, we have so many faiths but there is not many organization working out there to bring people together for mutual respect and understanding. From this viewpoint, your effort and work is outstanding. I enjoyed the whole meeting and I learned a lot from that meeting.”
