Mark Braverman, Ph.D., Clinical psychologist and Organizational consultant
Mark Braverman, a clinical psychologist and organizational consultant, recently traveled to Israel and the West Bank as a member of the Fellowship of Reconciliation’s Interfaith Peace-Builders delegation. The purpose of this delegation, the 24th to make the trip since 2000, is to educate North American citizens about the region and deepen their understanding of its conflicts. In his work Mark specializes in psychological trauma, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution. He also translates modern Hebrew protest poetry, and writes and speaks extensively on his own experiences as an American Jew confronting the Israel—Palestine conflict. Mark is a member of the Washington Interfaith Alliance for Middle East Peace and Jewish Voice for Peace.
